This pond is for sale located away from main roads, very quiet in the heart of the countryside and valleys of Maine et Loire department.

No surrounding disturbance, allows migratory birds such as ducks and other waterfowl, to stop and nest on this stretch of water.

We were surprised when we arrived to see so many ducks and other birds such as herons, moving quietly in the grass area arranged for them.

This pond is also stocked, with a population of pike, carp and perch.

For appointments ,hunting or fishing we have a beautiful vaulted room, the remains of a windmill. This room is furnished and has electricity connected , sanitation and central heating oil (caution zone no building, no extension possible).

Once the pond for sale belonged to the Marquis De Colbert de Monlévrier which failed in 1845.
